How to Suppress Comodo Internet Security Alerts

It would be nice if there was some explanation as to the configurations that should be set before enabling CIS alert suppressions or at least forewarn what specific configurations of Defense +/Firewall will have. Also, a hook back to the Comodo Forums regarding this specific task might be a way to guide users on how to enable CIS alert suppression while getting the maximum security.
