One of these predictions is that of human-web co-dependency, a condition which is already well underway for many Internet users, who have come to depend on some aspect of the in multiple facets of their lives. Security and trust on the Internet was outside of the scope of Kelly’s discussion, but are clearly pivotal factors in the web’s next 5000 days.
